Fencing is a life-style - not just a Sport:


Now that you are ready to commit to fencing,  you will have to adjust your life around this sport to make time for drills, lessons, fitness training and 

fencing with electric apparatus. As the months go by you will notice steady improvement on the fencing strip and your level of fitness. You will

become more confident and improve your fencing skills with regular practice - commitment to training is of importance at this stage. We recommend 2-3 

training sessions per week and our footwork group session every Saturday. Our coaches are here to help you, by refining your movements and building on 

your overall fitness. Our members will provide you with motivation, friendships and a social environment. Before long we will be cheering for you in your
